| Description: | We currently have an open position for a Service Coordinator in our Pharmaceutical Section. Hours are Mon to Fri 8/9:00AM to 4/5:00PM with some flexibility.

| Duties: | This position is for a fast paced, customer service focused individual who has the ability to balance several tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers, welcoming new customers, training customers on proper submissions, proactively provide customer updates on all projects that are in process, and special customer requests
• Receiving samples from login and customer contact, correcting issues with submissions, clarification of discrepancies with customers, matching P.O. to study invoice and communicating any discrepancies to customers, printing paperwork, and search and Identify appropriate protocol detail sheets (PDS), if applicable
• Sample management, sample inventory, sample returns to sponsors, physical delivery of in house study transfers, and GLP Coordination
• Other duties as assigned by the Pharmaceuticals Section Leader

| Qualifications: | Associates Degree OR High School diploma and one year applicable experience OR B.S.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
